Project Overview:
The Ratnei Tourist Complex is a thoughtfully planned tourism and leisure destination designed by Vogue Architect. The project integrates nature, recreation, and spiritual experience into a cohesive spatial plan. Located in the serene natural setting near the Ratnei hills, the design creates a visitor-centric environment that balances built and unbuilt spaces seamlessly.
Design Concept:
The master plan envisions a harmonious blend of eco-tourism and modern recreation. The site layout follows organic contours, emphasizing walkability, landscape sensitivity, and cultural context. Spatial elements like picnic gazebos, landscaped walkways, and temple steps are positioned to enhance both functionality and visual experience.
The guest houses and retail kiosks are designed in a contemporary vernacular style — pitched red roofs, neutral facades, and soft landscape buffers that blend with the natural surroundings. The planning ensures comfort, accessibility, and sustainability for tourists and pilgrims alike.
