Azure Arcadia is an exclusive cluster of 15 contemporary duplex villas, designed by VOGUE ARCHITECT to redefine community living in Bhubaneswar. Each villa sits on a 30′ x 55′ plot, meticulously planned to balance privacy, light, and green openness within a compact urban footprint.

The design follows a Mediterranean-inspired palette, blending sandy beige textures with striking azure blue arches and railings, evoking coastal tranquility while maintaining modern structural rhythm. The integration of terrace gardens and landscape buffers enhances thermal comfort and visual harmony, making every unit a calm retreat within the city.
