🏗️ Project Brief

The Terracotta Frame Residence is a bespoke G+2 + Terrace home conceptualized by VOGUE ARCHITECT, blending modern functionality with timeless material expression. The 6BHK owner’s residence spans two levels, with two independent rental units designed for privacy and natural comfort.

The architecture integrates sunlit volumes, arched balconies, and terracotta textures to create a rhythmic yet grounded façade. A lift and wide staircase core ensure effortless vertical connectivity. The heart of the home — a spacious living area under a sunroof — opens through full-height glass sliders to lush balconies, merging indoor and outdoor life seamlessly.

The terrace is envisioned as a social and serene retreat, equipped with a barbecue counter, lounge seating, and dense greenery — ideal for evening gatherings or quiet reflection.

This residence demonstrates VOGUE ARCHITECT’s design philosophy: crafting homes that are climatically responsive, visually elegant, and deeply connected to their users’ lifestyle.
